  1. Services
  • Monthly Services and Subscriptions: Due to the nature of ongoing IT services, monthly subscription fees (including managed services, monitoring, or support plans) are non-refundable. Once a billing period has started, charges for that period cannot be refunded.
  • One-Time Services: For one-time services (such as consulting, installation, or system setup), refunds are generally not available once the service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions.
  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and decide to cancel before service commencement, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees and any costs incurred.

 

  1. Hardware and Software Purchases

Miclyn acts as a reseller for certain hardware and software products. Our return policy for these items aligns with industry standards and the specific return policies of each OEM supplier, which may vary. For details, please refer to the return policy of the relevant OEM supplier.

  • Hardware: All hardware (such as routers, switches, servers, or other IT equipment) is subject to the return policy of the OEM supplier. In general, hardware must be returned within 30 days of delivery in like-new condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
    • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee, typically up to 30%, may apply to returned hardware, depending on OEM supplier terms.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special-order hardware may not be eligible for return. Please review the OEM supplier’s policy for specific restrictions or exceptions.
  • Software: Licensed software products are generally non-refundable once the license is issued or the software is downloaded, as per OEM vendor agreements. Exceptions may apply if the software is found to be defective or incompatible, in which case the OEM supplier’s specific terms will apply.

  1. Refund Process
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@miclyn.com with your purchase information and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): For hardware returns, an RMA must be obtained from our support team before the product can be returned. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

 

  1. Service Cancellations
  • Monthly Services: Customers may cancel monthly services by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Contracts: For annual contracts, an early termination fee may apply if services are canceled before the contract term ends.
  • Prepaid Services: If you cancel a prepaid service before it begins, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees and costs incurred, if any.
