How to Use the "Miclyn Help" Systray Icon to Get Support

You can request support directly from your computer using the Miclyn Help Systray icon — no need to call or email. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Find the Icon: Look in the bottom-right corner of your screen (the system tray near the clock).
    • Look for the blue icon of a person raising their hand.
  • Click the Icon: Left-click on the icon to open the Miclyn Help menu.
  • Choose “Request IT Support”: In the menu, click on “Request IT Support.”
  • Fill Out the Form: Briefly describe your issue or request. The more details you provide, the faster we can help.
  • Click Submit: Your request will be sent directly to our Miclyn support team. We’ll follow up promptly.
