Endpoint Backup is optional at $35 per protected computer/month and includes the first 1 TB of storage; any storage beyond the first terabyte is $25 per additional TB/month, confirmed with you at setup. An additional computer for the same user is $29/month.

Endpoint Backup is the optional service that keeps recoverable copies of your files and data and lets us restore a computer when it is lost, damaged, corrupted, encrypted, or otherwise needs restoration.
Why not just use antivirus?

Can I just buy it, or do I have to do a trial?
Either. Start a 15-day pilot, or choose your plan and buy now. If your environment is straightforward, you can go straight to a subscription; we still set it up with you.
Do I need a minimum number of computers?
No. Each plan is per user and includes one managed computer, so you can start with a single person and a single computer. There is no minimum.
What is the difference between Protect and Protect+?
Protect secures the computers your business uses: endpoint protection, 24/7 monitoring and response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and patching. Protect+ adds the same managed protection for Microsoft 365, where attackers can target your accounts and cloud without ever touching a computer. That includes identity and login protection, account-takeover response, and coverage across email, OneDrive and shared files, SharePoint, Teams and private chat, calendar, contacts, tasks, and Microsoft 365 groups, plus Microsoft 365 backup.
What is Endpoint Backup, and how is it different from ransomware rollback?

Is Google Workspace covered?
Protect+ is Microsoft 365-centric. Google Workspace is not covered the same way today, and we will tell you plainly if that affects you.
What happens at the end of the 15-day pilot?
You choose to continue and we keep you protected, or we remove everything. No surprise charges.
