Sound familiar?

Most network problems aren't really about the network. They're about who owns it.

When the internet drops, the Wi-Fi dies in half the building, or the scanners keep falling off — you shouldn't have to play referee between your ISP, your cabling crew, and your IT company.

"Why does our internet keep going down — and who's actually responsible, us or the ISP?"
"Wi-Fi works up front but dies in the warehouse. Scanners and handhelds keep dropping."
"We're paying for circuits we don't understand and have no backup if the primary fails."
"We're opening another location — who designs, cables, and connects all of this?"
"Fiber isn't available at our site. How do we get real business internet out there?"
"We've got cameras, phones, access control, and cloud apps — is our network even built for them?"
What we cover

The whole network — designed, connected, and kept running.

Business Internet & WAN

We source and manage the right connectivity for each site — fiber, broadband, fixed wireless, 5G, and satellite — with backup connectivity and automatic failover options designed to reduce the impact of a primary connection outage.

Business Wi-Fi & Wireless

Wi-Fi designed for how your space is really used — warehouses, high-density rooms, guest access, outdoor and point-to-point. No more dead zones, dropped scanners, or devices clinging to the wrong access point.

Wired Network Infrastructure

The logical design and the physical build, planned together — switching, VLANs, routing, racks, structured cabling, and PoE, cleanly installed and documented so it's easy to support for years, not just quick to stand up.

Network Security & Resilience

Business firewalls, network segmentation, secure remote access, and redundant connectivity — so the network is protected and designed for resilience. Deeper managed cybersecurity lives in SecureIT; here it's built into the architecture.

Managed Networks

With a Managed Network plan, we monitor, update, and support the network so your team doesn't have to — people who know your sites and pick up the phone when something's wrong.

One partner, the whole lifecycle

Instead of coordinating an ISP, a carrier, a cabling crew, a Wi-Fi installer, and an IT provider — you coordinate Miclyn, and we bring in our field partner for the cabling.

One coordinated project

Designed, deployed, and managed by Miclyn — with Alpine for the cabling behind it.

Miclyn owns the network end to end — from design and sourcing through installation, configuration, and ongoing management. For the structured cabling and physical infrastructure it rides on, we work closely with Alpine Protection, our established cabling and field partner. You coordinate one project — not four vendors.

Managed Networks

Your network, owned end to end — by one team.

Most businesses don't have a network problem. They have a coordination problem. Miclyn can own the full lifecycle so there's one plan, one point of contact, and no finger-pointing when something breaks.

Deploy can mean carrier coordination, structured cabling (with Alpine), rack and switch installation, access-point deployment, and network commissioning — all coordinated by Miclyn. Monitor, optimize, and support apply when a Managed Network plan is in place.

We coordinate carriers and vendors on your behalf. We don't control third-party carrier networks or guarantee their uptime — but we stay your single point of coordination and manage the response across your network and carrier relationships.

Real-world connectivity

Connectivity where the business actually operates.

Some operations need reliable connectivity where a normal fixed line isn’t enough — hard-to-serve sites, temporary locations, vehicles on the move, and buildings that block the signal. Miclyn engineers connectivity around the environment, using cellular, satellite, SD-WAN, and in-building coverage when the use case calls for it.

Enterprise Starlink

Connectivity beyond fiber and cable

Where fiber or cable isn’t available, isn’t enough, or isn’t there yet, Miclyn can bring in Enterprise Starlink — as a primary link or as part of a resilient, multi-path design. We engineer the right connectivity for the site and the requirement, rather than assuming one option fits every business.

Mobile connectivity

The network doesn’t always stop at the building.

For businesses that work in the field, connectivity can be engineered as part of the operation — not something that stops when you leave the office. Miclyn built this mobile solution around Starlink Mini satellite and 5G cellular, combined through a Peplink SpeedFusion architecture. WAN Smoothing, Hot Failover, and Bandwidth Bonding work across the available connections to help the vehicle stay online as coverage changes, and remote monitoring gives Miclyn ongoing visibility into the network.

Miclyn in-building 4G/5G cellular coverage equipment mounted on an interior wall in a challenging concrete-and-metal environment
In-building cellular

Extend cellular coverage into the places your building blocks it.

Concrete, metal, and dense construction can significantly weaken cellular signals inside a building. Miclyn designs in-building cellular solutions that bring available 4G/5G coverage deeper into challenging environments — helping employees, devices, and operations stay connected where outdoor carrier coverage alone may not be enough.

Reach the site, move beyond it, or reach through the building — Miclyn engineers connectivity around the environment, not just the equipment.

Local roots, wider reach

New Mexico network expertise.
Connectivity sourcing wherever you operate.

Miclyn is a New Mexico partner with local specialists and local relationships. For businesses with more than one location, we can also source and manage connectivity beyond New Mexico — so growth doesn't mean starting over with a new provider in every city.

Here in New Mexico

Local specialists, on-site when it counts

From downtown Albuquerque to rural and multi-site locations across New Mexico, we design, install, and support networks with people who can show up — not a call center three time zones away.

Multi-site & national

Connectivity sourcing as you grow

For New Mexico companies with branches in other states, remote sites, or new locations from growth or acquisition, we source and compare business internet, fiber, dedicated internet, fixed wireless, 5G, and satellite from multiple providers — then design and manage it as part of your overall network. You keep one New Mexico technology partner who understands both the connection coming in and everything that depends on it.

Why it matters

Your network is the foundation everything else runs on.

We don't just sell switches and circuits. We understand the systems using the network — so we design connectivity in the context of the technology it has to support.

Common questions

The questions businesses actually ask us.

If our internet goes down, who's responsible — us, the ISP, or Miclyn?
That's exactly the problem we solve. When Miclyn manages your network, we're your single point of contact — we coordinate with the carrier and manage the response, and we can design in backup connectivity and failover to help keep your business online during a provider issue. We don't control the carrier's network, but you're not left chasing it alone.
Who actually installs the cabling and the network equipment?
Miclyn designs, sources, installs, configures, and manages your network — including access points and network gear. For the structured cabling and physical infrastructure behind it, we work closely with Alpine Protection, our established cabling and field partner. You coordinate one project with Miclyn; we handle the delivery together.
Can you get us business internet where fiber isn't available?
Usually, yes. Beyond fiber, we source broadband, fixed wireless, 5G business internet, and satellite, and we can combine connection types for reliability. We match the right option to each specific location rather than forcing one carrier everywhere.
Our warehouse Wi-Fi is terrible. Can you fix it?
Warehouses and high-density spaces are where generic Wi-Fi falls apart — dead zones, sticky roaming, dropped scanners. We design coverage and capacity around how the space is actually used, including challenging RF environments, so devices stay connected where your people work.
Do we need a backup internet connection?
If being offline materially affects your operation, a secondary connection may make sense. We can design backup connectivity using an appropriate secondary service or path based on what is available at the location, with automatic failover configured to reduce disruption when the primary connection is unavailable.
We're opening or moving to a new location. Can you handle all of it?
Yes. We can own the whole project — understand, design, source connectivity, coordinate the cabling, deploy switching and Wi-Fi, configure and commission, and then monitor and support it — so you coordinate one partner instead of six.
How is this different from your SecureIT managed IT service?
Networking & Connectivity is about the network itself — internet, Wi-Fi, switching, cabling, and resilience. SecureIT is our managed IT and cybersecurity service. Many businesses use both, and because it's one company, they work together instead of pointing fingers.
Can you support multiple locations, including outside New Mexico?
Yes. New Mexico is home, with local specialists on the ground. For multi-site businesses, we can source and manage connectivity beyond New Mexico across multiple providers, then tie your locations together into one managed network.
