Your carrier. Your devices. One Miclyn resource to help manage them.
Your business still gets its wireless service from the major carriers. You get Miclyn as the dedicated resource who understands your account and helps you manage it — so routine changes stop eating your afternoon.
AT&T · T-Mobile · Verizon. One dedicated resource. Local in New Mexico.
Business wireless without the carrier runaround.
The carriers build for two audiences — consumers on self-service and big enterprises with dedicated account teams. A growing business lands in the gap between them, where a five-minute change turns into an afternoon and nobody owns the relationship.
The carriers aren't the villain — their networks and devices are strong. The problem is fragmentation: phone, store, app, and chasing the bill, with no continuity. That seam is what Miclyn closes.
One dedicated resource who already knows your account.
Call or drive to a store → wait → explain the account → get transferred → explain it again → hope it gets escalated. Repeat next time, with a different rep who doesn't know you.
Send one message to a resource who already understands your account. We coordinate the change with the carrier, drive escalation if it's needed, and stay involved afterward — so you're not the one in the queue.
Account continuity
One Miclyn relationship that understands your business and your account history — so nothing is re-explained from scratch.
Mobility management
Help with lines, activations, devices, upgrades, onboarding and offboarding, and everyday account changes.
Carrier advocacy
When the carrier needs to be involved, Miclyn coordinates and drives escalation on your behalf. We can't override carrier policy or guarantee their response times — but you're not navigating it alone.
The carrier provides the service. Miclyn helps you manage the relationship.
Being clear about this matters. Miclyn doesn't operate a wireless network — the carriers do. What Miclyn provides is the dedicated resource who helps you choose, set up, and manage service across the major carriers, and who stays in your corner over time.
Consultation · carrier & service guidance · account guidance · procurement & provisioning coordination · activation support · service-change coordination · device lifecycle support · billing review · carrier escalation assistance · ongoing advocacy.
Provides the network, wireless service, plans, devices, underlying infrastructure, carrier policies, and their own support functions. Miclyn helps you procure, activate, and manage it — we don't operate the network, set carrier policy, or guarantee carrier response times or outcomes.
The mobile lifecycle, handled by one resource.
Right-sized for a growing business — the parts of managed mobility that actually matter at your scale, without the enterprise overhead.
We keep the scope honest: this is SMB and mid-market mobility management — not an enterprise global help desk or an automated expense platform.
A simple path from "our wireless is a mess" to "someone handles it."
Five steps, and Miclyn stays with you through all of them.
The goal isn't a one-time cleanup — it's a resource who stays involved so your account keeps making sense as your team changes.
The carrier you want — managed the way a growing business needs.
Miclyn helps businesses procure, activate, and manage wireless service across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Because we work across all three, the conversation starts with what fits your business — not with one brand.
Miclyn is an independent technology consultancy and is not sponsored, endorsed, or certified by AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. Carrier names are used only to describe the services we help you manage.
When a phone goes missing, minutes matter.
Mobility comes with a security conversation. Miclyn helps with the mobile side — devices, accounts, and basic policy — and keeps the boundary with deeper security clear.
Lost or stolen device response
We help you move fast: coordinating with the carrier to suspend the line, and — where mobile device management is in place — triggering a remote lock or wipe, so a missing phone doesn't become a data problem or a runaway bill.
Mobile device management (MDM)
For phones and tablets, we help set up and coordinate MDM: enrollment, screen-lock policy, and remote lock or wipe — across company-owned and BYOD devices, with work and personal data separated where the selected management approach supports it.
Onboarding & offboarding
We help get a device set up ahead of a new hire's start date, and access removed when someone leaves — so the account stays current and nothing important is left open.
Where the line is
Business Mobility covers mobile devices, accounts, and mobile MDM. Broader endpoint and security architecture — laptops, servers, and network security — lives in our SecureIT practice, and we keep the two clearly separated.
When the carrier network can also be your internet.
Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) is business internet delivered over the cellular network. Because it rides the same carrier relationship, it fits naturally into a mobility conversation.
A strong fit for backup and hard-to-wire sites.
FWA works well for backup and failover, temporary and pop-up sites, construction, remote locations, and rapid deployment. Being honest about the trade-offs: performance and availability are location- and signal-dependent, can be affected by congestion, vary by carrier and product, and FWA is not automatically equivalent to a wired enterprise circuit. We help match it to the right use case — and for the deeper resiliency and connectivity design, that's where our networking practice comes in.

Multiple locations
Wireless scattered across sites that nobody manages as one account.

People on the move who depend on phones, hotspots, and connectivity that just work.
Frequent turnover
Regular onboarding and offboarding where lines and devices need to keep up.
