Sound familiar?

Business wireless without the carrier runaround.

The carriers build for two audiences — consumers on self-service and big enterprises with dedicated account teams. A growing business lands in the gap between them, where a five-minute change turns into an afternoon and nobody owns the relationship.

"A simple change — add a line, drop a line — somehow takes an hour on hold."
"Every call, we re-explain the whole account to a new person and get transferred."
"The bill is a mystery — charges and features nobody remembers signing up for."
"We're paying for lines that belonged to people who left months ago."
"A phone gets lost or stolen and we're not sure what to do first."
"A new hire starts Monday and getting them a phone is a scramble every time."

The carriers aren't the villain — their networks and devices are strong. The problem is fragmentation: phone, store, app, and chasing the bill, with no continuity. That seam is what Miclyn closes.

What changes with Miclyn

One dedicated resource who already knows your account.

Without a dedicated resource

Call or drive to a store → wait → explain the account → get transferred → explain it again → hope it gets escalated. Repeat next time, with a different rep who doesn't know you.

With Miclyn

Send one message to a resource who already understands your account. We coordinate the change with the carrier, drive escalation if it's needed, and stay involved afterward — so you're not the one in the queue.

Account continuity

One Miclyn relationship that understands your business and your account history — so nothing is re-explained from scratch.

Mobility management

Help with lines, activations, devices, upgrades, onboarding and offboarding, and everyday account changes.

Carrier advocacy

When the carrier needs to be involved, Miclyn coordinates and drives escalation on your behalf. We can't override carrier policy or guarantee their response times — but you're not navigating it alone.

Where Miclyn fits

The carrier provides the service. Miclyn helps you manage the relationship.

Being clear about this matters. Miclyn doesn't operate a wireless network — the carriers do. What Miclyn provides is the dedicated resource who helps you choose, set up, and manage service across the major carriers, and who stays in your corner over time.

Miclyn — your dedicated resource

Consultation · carrier & service guidance · account guidance · procurement & provisioning coordination · activation support · service-change coordination · device lifecycle support · billing review · carrier escalation assistance · ongoing advocacy.

The carrier

Provides the network, wireless service, plans, devices, underlying infrastructure, carrier policies, and their own support functions. Miclyn helps you procure, activate, and manage it — we don't operate the network, set carrier policy, or guarantee carrier response times or outcomes.

What we help manage

The mobile lifecycle, handled by one resource.

Right-sized for a growing business — the parts of managed mobility that actually matter at your scale, without the enterprise overhead.

How we work

A simple path from "our wireless is a mess" to "someone handles it."

Carriers we work across

The carrier you want — managed the way a growing business needs.

Miclyn helps businesses procure, activate, and manage wireless service across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Because we work across all three, the conversation starts with what fits your business — not with one brand.

AT&T T-Mobile Verizon

Miclyn is an independent technology consultancy and is not sponsored, endorsed, or certified by AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. Carrier names are used only to describe the services we help you manage.

Devices & security

When a phone goes missing, minutes matter.

Mobility comes with a security conversation. Miclyn helps with the mobile side — devices, accounts, and basic policy — and keeps the boundary with deeper security clear.

Lost or stolen device response

We help you move fast: coordinating with the carrier to suspend the line, and — where mobile device management is in place — triggering a remote lock or wipe, so a missing phone doesn't become a data problem or a runaway bill.

Mobile device management (MDM)

For phones and tablets, we help set up and coordinate MDM: enrollment, screen-lock policy, and remote lock or wipe — across company-owned and BYOD devices, with work and personal data separated where the selected management approach supports it.

Onboarding & offboarding

We help get a device set up ahead of a new hire's start date, and access removed when someone leaves — so the account stays current and nothing important is left open.

Where the line is

Business Mobility covers mobile devices, accounts, and mobile MDM. Broader endpoint and security architecture — laptops, servers, and network security — lives in our SecureIT practice, and we keep the two clearly separated.

5G & Fixed Wireless Access

When the carrier network can also be your internet.

Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) is business internet delivered over the cellular network. Because it rides the same carrier relationship, it fits naturally into a mobility conversation.

A strong fit for backup and hard-to-wire sites.

FWA works well for backup and failover, temporary and pop-up sites, construction, remote locations, and rapid deployment. Being honest about the trade-offs: performance and availability are location- and signal-dependent, can be affected by congestion, vary by carrier and product, and FWA is not automatically equivalent to a wired enterprise circuit. We help match it to the right use case — and for the deeper resiliency and connectivity design, that's where our networking practice comes in.

Who it's for

Built for businesses tired of managing wireless alone.

Growing teams

Businesses adding people and devices faster than anyone can keep the account straight.

Roughly 5–50+ lines

Large enough for wireless administration to become a real burden, but often without the continuity of a dedicated account relationship.

Multiple locations

Wireless scattered across sites that nobody manages as one account.

Field teams

People on the move who depend on phones, hotspots, and connectivity that just work.

Frequent turnover

Regular onboarding and offboarding where lines and devices need to keep up.

Unmanaged sprawl

Owners tired of the carrier runaround who want one resource to just handle it.

Local roots, national carriers

National carrier options.
A Miclyn relationship you can actually call.

The major carriers operate nationwide networks, with coverage and availability varying by location. Miclyn is your local, named point of contact — a New Mexico partner with real people, not a call center three time zones away.

Common questions

The questions businesses actually ask us.

Do I have to switch carriers to work with Miclyn?
No. You keep the carrier you already have — AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. Miclyn works with your existing account and helps you manage it. If it ever makes sense to look at another carrier for a specific need, we'll walk you through the options, but switching is never the starting point.
Which carriers does Miclyn work with?
Miclyn helps businesses procure, activate, and manage wireless service across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Because we work across all three, the conversation starts with what fits your business rather than with one brand.
Can Miclyn help manage our existing carrier account?
Yes — that's the core of what we do. We become the dedicated resource who understands your account, so instead of re-explaining everything to a new rep each time, you have one relationship that already knows your setup, your lines, and your history.
Can you add or remove lines for us?
Yes. Adding a line for a new hire, removing a line when someone leaves, or cleaning up lines nobody uses anymore are exactly the routine changes we coordinate with the carrier on your behalf — so you're not the one sitting in the queue.
Can you help with device upgrades and new devices?
Yes. We help you plan device upgrades, coordinate new devices and activations, and keep track of what's on each line — so upgrades happen on a schedule that makes sense instead of one frustrating errand at a time.
What happens if a phone is lost or stolen?
We help you respond quickly: coordinating with the carrier to suspend the line and, where mobile device management is in place, triggering a remote lock or wipe. The goal is to keep a missing phone from turning into a data problem or a runaway bill.
Can you review our wireless bill?
Yes. We review your plans and lines, flag charges and features that don't fit, and help right-size service to how you actually use it. We don't promise a specific dollar figure — carriers set the pricing — but a clear-eyed review often finds lines and add-ons you're paying for and don't need.
Can you help set up phones for international travel?
Yes. When your team travels, we help set up the appropriate international or roaming option ahead of the trip and turn it off afterward — so people stay connected abroad without a surprise bill when they get home.
What is Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)?
FWA is business internet delivered over the cellular network instead of a wired line. It's a strong fit for backup and failover, temporary or pop-up sites, construction, and hard-to-wire locations. Performance and availability depend on the location and signal, and it isn't automatically equivalent to a wired circuit — so we match it to the right use case.
Can 5G replace our wired internet?
Sometimes — as a primary connection for the right site, and often as backup or failover. It depends on carrier availability at your exact address, signal, and how much bandwidth you need. For the deeper resiliency and connectivity design, that's a conversation for our Networking & Connectivity practice, and we'll point you there when it fits.
Do you provide mobile device management (MDM)?
We help set up and coordinate mobile device management for phones and tablets — enrollment, screen-lock policy, and remote lock or wipe for lost devices — across company-owned and BYOD devices. Broader endpoint and security architecture (laptops, servers, network security) lives in our SecureIT practice, and we keep the two clearly separated.
Who do we call when we have a carrier issue?
You call Miclyn. We stay involved and help manage the carrier relationship, including driving escalation on your behalf when carrier involvement is needed. We don't control the carrier's network or guarantee their response times — but you're not navigating it alone.
